About Us

We are a family run business which was established back in 1998. After training, qualifying and many years service in the Royal Air Force followed by several years in the trade, Paul started out as a one-man band, although soon joined by a young apprentice. Many years on the business has grown from strength to strength and we currently have four full-time members of staff.

Our professional team aim to offer you a first class, friendly and efficient service supported by high quality equipment & tools ensuring your car is in the best possible hands. Additionally as a registered member of the Good Garage Scheme and the RMI (retail motor industry) we are dedicated to providing excellent workmanship without compromising value for money.

Here at Ashton's we not only service & repair road cars but we are also involved with motorsport and have our own race team in the MG Metro Cup. Drivers Jack and Andrew ahave a huge Pedigree in MG Metro Cup Championship with multiple race wins and championships to their names. We are proud to say that the A-Series and K-Series engines and chassis for the cup challenge and our team are prepared by ourselves and this is an area we also specialise in. Whilst having the experience in our workshop we are also aided by a vast array of up to date technology and equipment including various dealer levels of diagnostic equipment, bluetooth 4-wheel alignment gauges, airconditioning facilities for all cars up to present day using the NEW style HFO-1234yf gas for cars built 2015 onwards.

We can cater for pretty much everything in terms of vehicle maintenance so make sure to contact us before ringing the main delaer for anything!
